The TimeHelperz Agency has a pricing option that works for you.
Blog Package – $200 per month.
Our package features up to two custom-written blog posts, each containing 500+ words designed to meet your requirements. Additionally, we can include SEO optimization if it aligns with your website’s needs. We recommend weekly blogs, but at a minimum, you should blog once per month. Additional blogs are $75 each.
Email Package – $150 per month
The Email Package includes up to two email newsletters with unique content sent to your subscribers each month.
Social Media Package – $500 per month
Our Social Media Package offers a comprehensive solution to your social media needs. With us, you’ll get carefully crafted content and graphics for 12 monthly posts scheduled on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and/or LinkedIn. We also provide a monthly analytics report at the beginning of each month, which gives you a detailed overview of your social media performance in the previous month. This includes a quarterly phone call to ensure we meet your needs for the upcoming quarter. If you already have the content, we can schedule it for you for just $300 per month. Please take note that I provide social media packages for information and visibility purposes only. However, I cannot guarantee that it will lead to sales. If you are looking for lead generation, you will need to have a paid social media campaign strategy. Social media platforms these days prioritize content that is backed by paid advertising. Currently, I do not offer social media paid advertising at the moment.
Essentials Package: $700 per month ($850 value)
For small businesses looking to boost their marketing efforts, TimeHelperz offers the Essentials Package, which combines the Email, Blog, and Social Media Packages into one convenient bundle. This comprehensive package is designed to provide the essential components necessary to create effective marketing campaigns.
General Package: $250.00 per month
If you have a lot on your plate and need assistance with general administrative tasks, our General Package is here to help. When you select the general package, you will receive 4 hours per month of administrative assistance. This package can help you tackle your to-do list. The hours do not rollover to another month. Additionally, if you decide to use any of our other packages listed above, the hourly rate is $60 per hour with no hourly minimum.
Billing:
TimeHelperz bills at the beginning of each month for the work being completed in the upcoming month. You have the option to pay your bill via check or credit card. Please note that if you choose to pay with a credit card, there will be a 3% fee.
We require an engagement letter that covers both entities legally since we are working with your proprietary and confidential information. The engagement letter is for the current calendar year. You will receive a new engagement letter for the upcoming calendar year in November.
